They are the originals and were taken in 1967 at the Royal Garden Hotel and in nearby Hyde Park in Kensington, London. They have not been edited, cut or changed in any way apart from, we hope, improvement in the quality. Some of are out of focus but we thought we would include them all here so you can see the full collection. They must not be used or copied in any way without permission.
The last photograph on this page shows Johnny, at the end of the session, taking a cigarette with Stan Laundon and a journalist.
